Some Link errors in the User Guide

Hi

I just went through the Camel's user guide and found that the page
[1][2] have some errors:

An error occurred:

Many thanks for catching these Willem! My bad, I'd renamed some XML
configuration files to make it easier to add the integration test
profile to the maven build - doh forgot this might break some wiki
pages!

I've fixed them now, sorry about that
