Done (almost). I added a couple of scripts in ./etc/scripts. I actually
had to split a script I used in two because the way the schemas and
manual are published now is different, based on infra/websites. I will
update the release guide in the wiki about how to use them (in the
morning, getting late now).
I didn't fully automate the release scripts - on purpose - to avoid
errors, although I think the risk is kinda low. It'd be trivial to do
so. I also have a python version, if anybody prefers that to bash, but
it requires some work. I have another couple of scripts for checking
release candidates too.
