Praveen G

Hi,
I had  a look at the post created on Camel and FOP by Bilgin Ibryam  on Nov 4, 2011 at 12:20 pm ,but did not find any sample code.I have followed the instructions given in the post and created the below files.

Could you provide any advise/guidance to fix this or provide a working sample code please.
ThanksPraveen

there are some good examples of the FOP component here: http://techdiary.bitourea.com/2014/05/using-camel-fop-to-convert-text.html

Re: Fw: Fwd: Camel FOP component for PDF(and other output formats) generation

ApacheCamel_User99
Thanks for the link Peter, I did look at this before.
My requirement is to use Spring XML DSL, I did googled for a quite some time but could not find any working example.
The Instruction in the apache site for implementation of fop also has a xml dsl  "http://camel.apache.org/fop.html"

Also looked at the below links
http://blog.jaumesola.com/how-to-create-pdf-files-from-xml
http://techdiary.bitourea.com/2014/05/using-camel-fop-to-convert-text.html
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28313287/apache-fop-exception
https://cuppajavamattiz.wordpress.com/2006/02/23/practical-example-using-fop-for-pdf-generation-updated/

None of them has a full working example using XML DSL, It's a shame that the instructions on the apache official site itself are not self sufficient to write a simple fop implementation/example.
If you come across a working example for FOP with XML DSL please post in the reply.

Thanks
Praveen
